The best way is to respond to the order confirmation email. But since you're here, you might as well reach out Shreyas from the link above who'll help you out. Make sure you don't delay this since we will not be able to take your request if the order has been dispatched.
We send you an email with a link to track your order after it has been shipped. This solution works for all orders we ship with our courier partner. However, it's possible sometimes that we have to orders to remote or unserviceable locations with partners we don't regularly work with. In that case, we'll message you the tracking link separately, via Whatsapp or SMS. In case you haven't received the tracking link, please reach out to Shreyas from the link above. He'll help you out.
Usually the order confirmation email goes out as soon as you have placed an order. We'll suggest you check your spam folder and whitelist our email address in case you find the email there. If you still think you haven't received the email, drop Shreyas a message and he'll confirm your order.
There are two reasons why this may be the case.
1. Sometimes, the payment gateways aren't able to process the method you used to pay for the order. Such orders reflect as cancelled orders in our system and can trigger an order cancellation email to you as the customer.
2. In the rarest case, when we are not able to find a delivery service to ship your order, we cancel your orders. But we do it only after someone from the team has informed you of the situation. Any payment you made for the order will be refunded in 5-7 days from the date of cancellation of the order.
