Replacement Policy:

All products are eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. Any product that is labeled as non-returnable on the product detail page will not be eligible for returns.

Refund: 

Though it’d break our heart to let you go, we’d be happy to honor your decision to seek a refund if the product is delivered in damaged condition and you don’t want a replacement. In such a case the refund will be processed via NEFT/RTGS within 7 working days of receiving your request. 

In case you feel our product isn’t for you, please return unopened and sealed pack within 24 hours of receiving the same.

Shipping: 

We use leading logistics partners to deliver across India. Depending on City, your orders shall be delivered at your doorsteps in 7-10 working days post order confirmation.

Cancellation:

Orders once placed cannot be canceled. You can however return/replace the products as per the refund and replacement policy. All such requests can be placed by sending a mail to care@ekameco.com
